Staff were exceptional. This hotel is in the perfect location. It’s right next to the OVO hydro. It’s a lovely walk along the Clyde to the city centre.

Quick stopover in Glasgow. Good location, especially for the SEC. Parking was ok for £10 and the hotel was clean, tidy and convenient. Breakfast was as you would expect and overall I would stay again. There are lots of choice of hotels in Glasgow that are decent so they all have to be on point, I stay a lot with work in the City and would stay in this again if the price was where it needed to be.

We had a lovelly star at Hilton Garden Inn. However, the bathroom adapted to people with reduced mobility it is not very practical. The water in the shower is flowing everywhere on the bathroom floor which could have caused some slides.

We had a nice 2 day break at this hotel. We found the staff to be exceptionally nice and helpful, bed really comfortable and a really good shower. However at the time we were there the wifi was terrible and it was hit or miss as to whether access was available, and access was lost without warning. Not good if a guest is using it to do business online. Please also be aware that parking is charged at £10 per night and breakfast is an additional daily extra. This puts a considerable extra amount on the price quoted on the booking.

The hotel is nicely situated near the river Clyde, it offers nice views. On the downside, the staff looked as though they could not be bothered, the reception staff on arrival was looking fed up and breakfast staff were the same. The seating for the breakfast area was limited and felt tight and claustrophobic. The hotel is very clean nonetheless.

Hotel staff lovely, room clean and area was quiet and picturesque. Only problem was the pricing, they tried to charge me £7.50 for 2 330ml cans of pop. And the alcohol prices are very high
