Pros: -Great location, pretty central to everything. -Friendly staff, no negative interactions and everyone was helpful. -Pool, pretty solid pool -The AC in the room, lifesaver in Singapore. Cons: -The shower: it is a standing shower that relies on a curtain to keep water off of the floor. But the curtain does not touch the floor so your bathroom floor will be wet for an hour after showering. -Laundry, there is no laundry onsite unless you want to pay that normal hotel fee that is per shirt and pair of underwear for outrageous amounts. Other than that, there is a place that is super close that you can take your laundry to. Meh: -Gym, there is 1 machine that can do a lot of things. None of them that well, but you can workout here. Also there is 1 treadmill and 1 elliptical. -The bed, they are pretty dang firm. If you like that, cool. If not, it's not great.

The rooms are well maintained. Everything was functional. I had a room walking right out onto the pool, which was very nice. Staff were kind and I just didn't have a single issue during my stay.

Clean room and kind staff. We asked for an early breakfast cause we had an early flight and they arranged a box for us. Than we had a flight delay so they allow us to have the normal breakfast. Very kind and available staff and managers. Recommended

Just a short stay of 4 nights, perfectly fine hotel in a great area with access to a variety of dining options, small convenience stores and cafes. Close to Little India which is one of our favourite places and also Rochor MRT to access everything else.

how come the toilet paper always gave “ small roll” … i am sure i pay $ for my stay but the aunty always gave small roll .., gee

Good budget hotel option. Close to Rochor MRT station and bus stop. Walkable dining options. Good breakfast buffet options. Room was clean but beds were very firm.

Good location, convenient to everywhere. 2 mins to Rochor MRT station and 5 mins to Bugis area. The staff are extremely helpful and gave us an upgrade to our room as a reward for staying with them again. The room is clean and comfortable. It has a fridge, safety deposit box. However, the bathroom really needs to improve. The shower has no walls and the water will get everywhere. There are no hooks for towels. It would be wonderful if this was approved. We would be delighted to stay again!

Room and toilet size too small. There is stench (body odour) left behind from previous guests. Perhaps use deodorizer or room sanitizer.

Underwhelmed accom for this brand. Small rooms. And 3star amenities. Location was ok. Wouldn’t stay here next time

The staff were great but hotel needs a deep clean and face lift. Mold in showers and cracked tiles is completely unacceptable considering what wa spaid for the rooms.

Had no problems. Breakfast was nice. Good location. The pool was excellent.
