CIELO Madrid Studios

I like Cielo Madrid because it’s clean, spacious room , beautiful rooftop .easy communication with staff even they don’t have a front desk in person. It is 1 block from Metro station. Though it’s not in the center of Madrid but it is very accessible with train and bus. If I come back to Madrid I definitely stay here.

Excellent property, clean, well design and spacious rooms

Cielo Madrid studios is a 3 star choice. The reception hours are limited so if you get there after hours, the staff will give you a code for the door. It is then up to you to electronically check in and be given your room card. We were initially confused about the process but then found the language tab to get the English version. We stayed 3 days and did not get room service. Would have been nice to get a change of towel. Not sure if this was a point we missed with having to put a sign on the door to do so but couldn’t find anything in the room. The rooms are clean and modern. Bathroom small but functional albeit the fan that continually turned on when you moved. This is not an upmarket area of Madrid. It is marketed as the SOHO of Madrid. We found some gorgeous places to eat about 5 mins away which weren’t the Hungry Jacks or commercial choices. Really good food with attentive staff.

Great studio

Super studio, très bien équipé, propre et confortable. Le seul hic pour notre part nous étions là studio #11 près de l’escalier et l’ascenseur et c’était un peu bruyant.

The room was clean and nice but there was no daily cleaning and we had to go get clean towels from a locker.

Very clean apartment. Quiet part of town.

Property was clean, looked well maintained, provided the basics in the room however it lacked information and support you would need to know when travelling. It is all self serve and they had no checkin or help desk. Our room was meant to be assigned 24hrs prior but ours was assigned a couple hours before we were arriving, if you didnt have wifi, you wouldnt be able to access instructions to get into your room. We had no information on how to get towel and supplies replaced in the room while there. No info on where to go if you need help/if you need your card replaced etc. Self service is great and you randomly run into one of the staff in the mornings but if u dont run into them, you dont know where to get stuff.

Clean and comfortable

The property is very nice. Loaded with business travelers. Did not care for the Security Deposit required, however that keep the clients on the up and up. Mostly fully automated lighting in the whole building. Beautiful rooftop common area for spending quality time. Overall, A Very Nice Hotel.

Overall, i enjoyed my stay in Madrid. The hotel/studio was at a good location for me to get around the city and to my next destination.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located near a metro station, with comfortable rooms that made for a pleasant stay. While there was no daily service, it wasn’t an issue for me. However, parking was challenging, as I had to park far from the hotel. On checkout day, my room keys were deactivated at 11 am, which delayed retrieving my bags. Despite these minor inconveniences, it was a good value for the price paid.

The shower had no doors installed so the entire bathroom floor got wet. There is a motion detector spotlight that you can’t turn off and is extremely sensitive. Every time you move in bed the light turns on. The room is nice, but it seems like it’s brand new and finishing touches are not complete. They should have waiting until it was finished to rent it out.

Unable to sleep past7am due to noise coming from construction adjacent to hotel

Very nice place to stay with 2 teens, plenty of room everything was well taken care of in the unit.

It is a little bit far from downtown and in an average community. A lot of smell of garbage all around the street. Not far for a grocery store and subway station 45 min to the train station and about same for the air port. Easy acces. I feel secure staying there.
