Plenty of food options around the hotel. The room could do with brighter lighting at night especially. Bed was a tad sunken on one side but otherwise comfortable.

They commit to high level of cleaning I was impressed plus if you miss house keeping for a day they well call if you need anything at all so it's service plus the location was next to Big Mall it's a bonus ,

overall… awesome property. decided to extend our stay. they told us wed have to change rooms. BAD EXPERIENCE

Wonderful Hotel. Stayed there a million times and will continue staying for another million! Location is fantastic: just a few meters from malls, skytrain, food, supermarket and everything you need. Hotel is clean, staff is courteous and breakfast is fabulous!

on two of those days, there were some construction or repair above my room. i can hear drilling, sawing noises for 8 hours each day

This is an excellent location. It’s right next door to the Emporium food court and grocery market. The BTS stations are an easy 7 min walking distance. The staff is incredibly helpful for my four day stay. However the interior hallways are dramatic need of facelift. The hallway ceilings had numerous water stains and the wallpaper had tears and stains I’m guessing from earthquake damage from March 2025. The room was excellent and well stocked. The housekeeping staff were amazing with extra towels and bottle water. The breakfast buffet was very good with a variety of American, Chinese, Indian, Japanese and local fresh fruit. Besides the hallways and ceiling needing a facelift, staff were working around midnight and the staff door across my room kept banging as it closed waking me up on two nights. I would stay with them again!

This Holiday Inn IHG was not up to the standards of other Holiday Inn's I've stayed. Disappointing!!!
