Very nice place to stay and rest after tired walking and eating on the day. A quiet place and not a busy place. Not really far from Lee Garden Plaza, Asean Night Market and Floating market. Easy to get transport to go there so no worries. Room are very comfortable and worth it for the price that I pay. Receptionist are helpful. Will book The 1 Place Hat Yai again for next trip.

The location is right on the roadside, close to Sevel, close to Lee Garden, there are motorbike rentals, there is a laundry service, there is an iron, there is a hair dryer, clean rooms, cold AC, clean bathrooms, and friendly staff. Overall, I am very satisfied and would stay here again.
