Location was just nice for me, convenient to those who are driving. Popular clubs and pubs are just around the corner. The room was above my expectations for the price that I’ve paid. Spacious and clean. Bedroom is segregated from the living room and kitchen. Will stay there again if I happen to be in that area!

I usually stay around Sukhumvit 24 for its strategic location, but this time I decided to try Sukhumvit 39 – and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Lots of local eateries and cafes nearby, and getting a ride is noticeably easier. The hotel itself was great: beautiful pool view, peaceful atmosphere, and very tidy housekeeping service. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable stay – would definitely consider coming back!

Super friendly staff, free popcorn anytime, free shuttle to nearest BTS Thong Lo (which if we choose to walk, we then can buy the best Manggo Sticky Rice from the store nearby) and a heart warming surprise basket of hot choco & tea to end our nights after wandering the city. It has many activities too..We just love it here 💕

So nice hotel, with good staff and good meals too. I'm surprised when my room upgraded to Suite Room. My room so clean, Tik help clean my room. The place near with my office only walk around 5 minutes we are arrived at Bhiraj Tower. I will stay here again for next, thank you for your great hospitality.

Overall i'm quite satisfied with my staying in the hotel. The hotel is located near the bts Phromphong, 7/11, street foods and many massage places around. The room is new and clean (they do the cleaning service everyday), quiet and good bedsheets which helped me to have a good night sleep. The AC, wifi and shower are good. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast are simple but it's okay. Good value for money. The cons is just the room is a bit small, the hotel is a bit hidden which took me a bit to find out

The hotel's blueberry cake is delicious and very soft. There are more than one to buy one. Great value in quality. There are free bus services to the dc show center and from there you can travel to other places by the free bus. According to the car table. Next to Rama IX Hospital where there are seven restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and the next time I will stay here again.

What a great stay! Public House's the only place away from home where I actually slept through the night without waking up—it wiped out a week's worth of sleep debt in one go. Breakfast was fantastic, and the staff made me feel so welcome. I'll absolutely be back and definitely recommend it to family and friends whenever they need a break from the daily grind.
