S31 Sukhumvit Hotel

S31 Sukhumvit exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful — nothing was ever too much trouble. They went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and memorable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed, offering a peaceful retreat after busy days out. Everything worked perfectly and the attention to detail throughout the property really stood out. A special mention has to go to the breakfast, which was absolutely amazing. The variety and quality were outstanding, with fresh options and delicious dishes to suit every taste. It was the perfect way to start each morning and easily one of the highlights of my stay. The location was convenient and the overall atmosphere was relaxed yet professional. I couldn’t fault a single thing during my time here. I would highly recommend S31 to anyone visiting Bangkok, whether for business or leisure. I can’t wait to return on my next trip. A truly excellent experience from start to finish — five stars well deserved!

The hotel and the people who work there are wonderful. The staff is kind and helpful. The room was really beautiful and the bed was huge and so nice and comfortable. The lighting in the room was just okay and in the bathroom, you couldn't even see yourself in the mirror. Things were clean, and the price was reasonable.

Hotel with great location but it is very old — aircon of rooms had loud sound throughout, i checked out immediately and booked another hotel as the price point is not that far off from better hotels nearby. Definitely not 5 stars in 2026's expectations

All aspects of this hotel were exceptional. Staff were attentive and courteous and made our stay very enjoyable.

Every time I fly to Bangkok I always stay at this hotel, the staff are always friendly and very welcoming, the room are always clean and they always have really good breakfast

Breakfast needs to be delicious and healthy.

The included breakfast was very nice. Very clean hotel and rooms. The only downside was the TV nothing except the Discovery channel for viewing for english speaking travelers.

Staff was amazing, room was great, location wonderful!!! My only negative thing would there should be a microwave in premier deluxe rooms as well.

Not entirely the experience I was expecting to have. The hotel is labeled as a 5 star. Some features ring true to that assessment, but others quite frankly don’t. I have stayed in several other 5 stars in Bkk and this one by far is the less luxurious. First off, the room was nice, very clean, but tiny. You could barely walk past the bed and the tv. The layout has a weird design. The sink is in the room -white little to no space for anything at all. The washcloth was neatly folded but then when you use it you have to put it on the bed, as there is no space available near the sink. Also, there is no outlet by the sink: if you need to use the air dryer you have to unplug the coffee machine and dry your hair blind. There was a night stand lamp, but it was unplugged. There is only one plug by the night stand, it is either the phone charger or the lamp. When I tried to plug the lamp in, the outlet was loose so it would not hold. The pool area is nice. The fitness center needs some supervising.The equipment would be nice, if it were kept in good shape. Out of the two treadmills, only one worked. The elliptical machines both squeaked and the one I used was broken (didn’t register the change in levels). I used the bar - no information it’s floor was available in the room information booklet. I had to go to the restaurant and ask. Opening hours are vague: I found it open at 5 on Friday, but it was closed shut at 6.30 pm on Saturday. At check out they had me wait until room was checked.

Very clean and friendly, bed was massive and breakfast brilliant. Always hot water, okay selection of TV channels and 1200 mbs internet. Highly recommend
