Not entirely the experience I was expecting to have. The hotel is labeled as a 5 star. Some features ring true to that assessment, but others quite frankly don’t. I have stayed in several other 5 stars in Bkk and this one by far is the less luxurious. First off, the room was nice, very clean, but tiny. You could barely walk past the bed and the tv. The layout has a weird design. The sink is in the room -white little to no space for anything at all. The washcloth was neatly folded but then when you use it you have to put it on the bed, as there is no space available near the sink. Also, there is no outlet by the sink: if you need to use the air dryer you have to unplug the coffee machine and dry your hair blind. There was a night stand lamp, but it was unplugged. There is only one plug by the night stand, it is either the phone charger or the lamp. When I tried to plug the lamp in, the outlet was loose so it would not hold. The pool area is nice. The fitness center needs some supervising.The equipment would be nice, if it were kept in good shape. Out of the two treadmills, only one worked. The elliptical machines both squeaked and the one I used was broken (didn’t register the change in levels). I used the bar - no information it’s floor was available in the room information booklet. I had to go to the restaurant and ask. Opening hours are vague: I found it open at 5 on Friday, but it was closed shut at 6.30 pm on Saturday. At check out they had me wait until room was checked.

S31 is a hotel where design was mandatory, but functionality was not. You get a Japanese style toilet, but no room for the sink in the bathroom so that one must be placed in the bedroom. No place for towels in the bedroom and very limited space for your stuff. Good luck trying to shave. You got the light right over your head so you can remove the foam with your razor and hope you hit the beard at the same time. 25% of my room was wasted with some design/art thing so it became so narrow that I could not get past the bed without bumping into the TV. Breakfast is another issue. Good luck finding the bacon. You must ask for it. Then they will give you two slices of bacon. Is this a hostel or a five-star hotel?

Wow!!! We had the pleasure of staying here for 1 week and were absolutely heart broken to have to leave. The pool and sauna, the HUGE breakfast buffet, the unreal rooms/ views, and the central location- this was one of the best hotel experiences we have had. Some people say the room is worn down and in it was not- it was beautiful and polished. Also, the doorman Alex was an absolute pleasure and made us feel so welcomed. We would come back just to see him again!

Ett supert opphold. Flotte fasiliteter, veldig god frokost og sentralt plassert i forhold til kollektivtransport og underholdning, samt mange gode restauranter og cafeer i nærheten. Fantastisk flott rom, og veldig bra rengjøring. Hotell betjeningen var helt fantastisk, fra de som jobbet ved inngangen, til de i resepsjonen og restaurantene på hotellet. Gym på hotellet samt ett stort gym ved inngangen, hvor du kan betale for antall dager du overnatter. Kommer igjen i desember -26🙏

朝食時間10時までなので、9時30分頃行ったが、スタッフに10時までだぞ、と2回くらい言われ、いかにも帰らせる雰囲気を作られた。 チェックアウトの際に、コップ代を請求された。わざと割った訳でもないのに、金を請求するとは、考えられない。 冷蔵庫の中の物も、わかりやすく書いて欲しい。水はフリーかと思ったが、最後金取られた。 絶対オススメしないホテル。２度と使用しません。

Very good location in Sukhumvit near Phrom Phong and Asok BTS Stations. You have shopping, restaurants and nightlife on your doorstep. I booked a Premier Single Room - VIP. The room and bathroom were big and spacious. Nice view. Complimentary water was provided daily. As a few others have mentioned, I think the hotel needs to renovate the bathroom, this looked old and in desperate need of being updated. The shower area was not safe. It is easy to create a swimming pool and slip. I showered in the bath which prevented water from flooding everywhere. Although my breakfast was included, I didn't bother as it didn't look very appealing. The concierge and housekeeping staff were very friendly and pleasant. Always helpful and kind. The staff at reception not so much. They were not friendly at all and some were rude. Checking in and out was like watching paint dry. So slow. I come to Bangkok often for work and usually stay in a 5 Star hotel. This is definitely not a 5 Star hotel in my opinion. I would say this is more a 4 Star hotel. I personally prefer something more luxurious. However, I would recommend this if you are looking for a decent, clean and comfortable hotel in a good location.

Wow!!! We had the pleasure of staying here for 1 week and were absolutely heart broken to have to leave. The pool and sauna, the HUGE breakfast buffet, the unreal rooms/ views, and the central location- this was one of the best hotel experiences we have had. Some people say the room is worn down and in it was not- it was beautiful and polished. Also, the doorman Alex was an absolute pleasure and made us feel so welcomed. We would come back just to see him again!

Ett supert opphold. Flotte fasiliteter, veldig god frokost og sentralt plassert i forhold til kollektivtransport og underholdning, samt mange gode restauranter og cafeer i nærheten. Fantastisk flott rom, og veldig bra rengjøring. Hotell betjeningen var helt fantastisk, fra de som jobbet ved inngangen, til de i resepsjonen og restaurantene på hotellet. Gym på hotellet samt ett stort gym ved inngangen, hvor du kan betale for antall dager du overnatter. Kommer igjen i desember -26🙏

Personale gentilissimo Pulizia della camera molto buona ( ma non ottima ) Insonorizzazione delle finestre molto scadente ma bisogna ammettere che la struttura si trova in una zona in cui di notte c'è molto traffico Colazione strepitosa che merita una notte solo per provarla

朝食時間10時までなので、9時30分頃行ったが、スタッフに10時までだぞ、と2回くらい言われ、いかにも帰らせる雰囲気を作られた。 チェックアウトの際に、コップ代を請求された。わざと割った訳でもないのに、金を請求するとは、考えられない。 冷蔵庫の中の物も、わかりやすく書いて欲しい。水はフリーかと思ったが、最後金取られた。 絶対オススメしないホテル。２度と使用しません。

Very good location in Sukhumvit near Phrom Phong and Asok BTS Stations. You have shopping, restaurants and nightlife on your doorstep. I booked a Premier Single Room - VIP. The room and bathroom were big and spacious. Nice view. Complimentary water was provided daily. As a few others have mentioned, I think the hotel needs to renovate the bathroom, this looked old and in desperate need of being updated. The shower area was not safe. It is easy to create a swimming pool and slip. I showered in the bath which prevented water from flooding everywhere. Although my breakfast was included, I didn't bother as it didn't look very appealing. The concierge and housekeeping staff were very friendly and pleasant. Always helpful and kind. The staff at reception not so much. They were not friendly at all and some were rude. Checking in and out was like watching paint dry. So slow. I come to Bangkok often for work and usually stay in a 5 Star hotel. This is definitely not a 5 Star hotel in my opinion. I would say this is more a 4 Star hotel. I personally prefer something more luxurious. However, I would recommend this if you are looking for a decent, clean and comfortable hotel in a good location.
