The room we receive smelled of Cat pee to the point we asked for a new room. They couldn't switch rooms for us because the hotel was booked up and they gave us an air freshener to hide the small. The next day was the same thing and they had no room to give us. told us the room was cleaned when we got back but still had to use the air freshener that made the room full of chemicals. Not a great place to stay if your not a pet/pee person I didn't know that every room has had an animal in it at some point in time. I will not stay at that hotel again. People working at the hotel front desk were willing to help as much as they could just didn't have the space to move us around. They offered a refund but couldn't do anything because we broked through Hotels.com

The room smelled like a wet dog puked and peed on the carpet and couch! Air freshner and airing the room with door propped open was no help at all. The shelve in the closet was covered with dog hair.

Service was excellent. The girl working the front was kind, helpful and able to share knowledge of the area for us. She was very kind to my 13yo son when he called down to ask questions about the water park. Water park was a disappointment. It was overcrowded, not enough lifeguards. People were rude and it was not safe due to this. My son ended up having another child slide down a slide on to him and he scraped his arm up.

Great hotel, breakfast was just okay but being comfotable with a toddler was amazing!

I like how spacious the room was. Our family of five was able to fit comfortably.

Usually our go to hotel is home2 but the rapid city hotel was not up to standard. The front desk lady was not very friendly, housekeeping did not do a great job. Bedding wasn’t put on correctly and no attention to detail. The floors in the rooms could use a cleaning as well as teach the staff to properly clean the shower/tub. Pink around the drain. The coffee area out in the main area was not kept up. The one positive was access to the inside water park! Do not recommend staying here.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay! Clean and convenient to get to the water park. And their breakfast was amazing!

Accomadating

Families of 5 or 6... this is the place to stay! From now on I only want to stay at this chain! The space in the hotel room is ridiculously amazing! Shelves on the wall for double the counter space... so much room to spread your stuff out! I will stay here again in a heartbeat! Spacious and sooooo clean! Friendly front desk. Waterpark included wity stay and a lot of fun to use to wind down at night! My only complaint is wish waterpark was open til 10. Other than that... perfection!

The water park was amazing, and the rooms were nice and big! Our room was never cleaned while we were there, so that was a little disappointing, but it was only a 3-night stay, so it wasn't a big deal. Staff was courteous and helpful anytime we needed anything.

The beds were fine except for the pullout that was shot and Gross. The breakfast was nothing special, just the usual warm up food. Staff are nice but when made aware of the issue with the pullout bed, nothing was done and the carpet needed cleaned. I would still stay there again. I do feel bad for the staff because they allow pets but the some of the pet owners are not cleaning up after they puddle.

Great room, kids loved the water park. Good place to stay to get outdoors and have fun at a water park.

The restaurant by the water park was really good. My kids loved the water slides and lazy river.
