Strategic location, easy to get transportation, so many restaurants near the hotel, delicious breakfast, gym and swimming pool, I like to stay at Niko Hotel Saigon.

Hotel staff is very nice, spacious room, comfortable, even for 4 people, but at 5 is not too tight and close to Bui Vien but not too noisy, the toilet is quite clean I like Cozy House

The place is clean, has a private shower room, is comfortable to stay in, the hosts are helpful, and it's located in District 1, near mini markets. It's easy to get food around the place, and it's easy to get Grab bike or Xanh SM.
