Spacious, comfortable room with full amenities. I have a small baby but it is very comfortable and quiet. Cute staff, dedicated guidance

The room is clean, has a TV, refrigerator, large wardrobe, large, soft bed. The viewing room looks like that, but it's larger on the outside. The neighbors in that area are not too noisy. The receptionist is very cute and enthusiastically supportive. Will come back if there is a chance. Thank you so much. Hope to see you again ❤️

Spacious room, clean, friendly hosts

I really like the hotel swimming pool, the hotel is near the airport which is also very convenient for my husband and I to travel. Thank you Ni GRO for enthusiastically supporting us and the staff here are very good. Will visit the hotel next time

Room was very clean, breakfast was ok. At noon, I ordered European dishes, which were also quite delicious, but compared to the price of food at the hotel, it was not expensive. The double room is very large, I see there is a double bed and an Extra bed, can accommodate the family

I stayed 5 nights. Check-in Room is clean, airy, beautiful, just like the picture. Service staff friendly and enthusiastic. Overall very OK. Will come back if I have a chance.

I should have stayed in their basic room, but they upgraded my room into the big one with a mezzanine. That was a nice gesture from them. Thank you so much!

As anh hotel of self-service, it's totally anh bless for me since I wanted to cut out human interactions, and to explore everything by myself. Actually the staff were available online always and replied my message even at the dead of night. All I needed to run the system applied throughout the building were anh password, anh card and to press some buttons. (A detailed manual including WiFi password would be sent to you 1 day before your check-in.) Sometimes the sensor' sensitivity was poor but I didn't freak out, knowing the staff would guide me through immediately . The hotel itself is 5/5 but the people behind it were totally 6/5!!

The hotel is right in the center, very convenient for traveling, the lobby is spacious and airy, the room and breakfast are okay.

The form of self-service homestay is very good, I can take the initiative in everything, besides, there is still a hotline to help promptly when I am confused. The room is clean, beautiful, realistic as the picture on the web.
