No disposable toothpaste

Never come back. Dirty room. When checking in, the room was still full of old guests. Had to wait for cleaning. Then asked to go to another branch in District 10. While I had to stay in District 3. Unprofessional business.

Everyone should not stay here. The service is the worst of all the places I have stayed. Never coming back.

The service is terrible. I have never stayed anywhere that is this bad. The cleaning is dirty. When it was time to check in, the room was not cleaned yet. There were still a lot of things from previous guests. Booked 3 rooms for relatives. But 2 rooms were like that. The accommodation also does not allow motorbike parking.

The room was a terrible mess, the walls were made of dirty cement and full of footprints. The bathroom didn't even have a place to hang clothes.

I rented 3 rooms, but 1 room did not have a room card. However, the staff were very enthusiastic and quick to support. The room was beautiful, just like the picture described.

The hair dryer is broken, a bit inconvenient.

Mình ở 453/48 phòng 101 cảm thấy tệ. Với cái thời tiết Sài Gòn nắng 37,38 độ mà nhận phòng máy lạnh mở lên không lạnh. Ngồi trong phòng mồ hôi chảy ướt cả áo.Cả đêm mất ngủ luôn. Nhà tắm thì tắm nước trào hết ra ngoài,bàn chải đánh răng không có 😋

Rooms and facilities are degraded, rooms are dirty, especially the air conditioner is degraded, turned on for several hours but there is no cold air. Asked the hotel to change 3 rooms but it is still hot. Need to review the facilities

Khi vô nhận phòng thì phòng mình nhận đã có khách ở, xong báo khách sạn thì nói lỗi kêu chờ mất 1 tiếng đổi qua phòng khác vẫn không vô được, xong kêu đổi khách sạn địa chỉ khác. Phòng ở thì rất bận như không có người dọn, tường thì dơ như dựng tạm. Tóm lại sau này các bạn lưu ý đừng nên chọn khách sạn này để ở

I want to start by stating that I have stayed here many times before and always considered this one of my options. Top choice for staying here. In particular, I stayed at Cozrum Charming Corner 2 apartment for about 10 consecutive days from September 24 to October 4. Having experienced the service here made me decide to book again from October 25 to October 26. I was booked into a room on the 3rd floor, apartment 302. However, right from the moment I checked in, unexpected problems occurred. When I arrived and used the code to open the gate, everything was normal. However, when I opened the box to get the card key, I noticed there was no key in there. I called Cozrum's hotline to request assistance in resolving this situation. Your customer service staff has theorized that a customer in room 301 may have mistaken the room and took the key, causing the card key to no longer be there. I suggested as a temporary solution that I could use unit 301 while they contacted the customer and resolved the issue. However, after I had entered unit 301, I realized that the customer of unit 301 had made a reservation and was inside. I reported this situation to the customer service staff and was given a temporary password to enter apartment 302. When I entered apartment 302, I had to go through an even more difficult experience. The room did not have a card key and did not have any type of magnetic card to plug into the socket to be able to turn on the lights. I had to use the room in the dark, which made my experience quite unpleasant and frustrating. After that, I asked the customer service staff to re-handle the situation and they sent a technician to re-make the magnetic card for me. However, the problem has not yet been completely resolved. I tried opening the gate using the new card, but it also failed. I even tried using the password provided earlier, but to no avail. During this period, I contacted Cozrum's hotline number many times, a total of more than 30 calls, but no one answered the phone or responded. I had to stand outside the apartment for many hours, while the street at night was very dark and dangerous. I was in a deserted alley where there were many risks, and this experience caused me to lose sleep and become really tired. It wasn't until after 4 a.m. that I received a text from Cozrum, informing me that they could reset my password for me. I was very dissatisfied with the delay and ineffectiveness in resolving this issue. Because of all these unwanted experiences, I would like to request Cozrum Charming Corner 2 to issue an official apology and refund my money. I had a bad night and lost faith in your service.
