It's a place once you enter, you do not want to leave again. After all the roaming and negotiating the crazy traffic in busy big cities in the other part of the country, this is a very welcoming sanctuary. The hotel is beautifully designed, and the service is topnotch. And surprisingly, the hotel food and even the room service food is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel.

Short: A must-try place when you are in Hue, either for staying, or just passing by a coffee. Room: small, no TV (a good thing), very well designed, clean and styled bathroom. You will enjoy the sense of cinnamon or lemongrass either on a winter or summer night. Backyard: a small swimming pool in the middle would be a refreshing sight in the summer. In winter it acts as a mirror reflecting the tropical architecture around. Reception: reading, coffee area, and lobby area all in one place. Nice receptionist. A small fish pond in front would tempt you to sit down to play with colorful fishes. There is also a kitchen fully equipped with a fridge and microwave oven where you can dine. A shelf full of various topic books is not at all out of place. A small parking area for 1-2 cars. The host is an architect and you can feel his idea by the look of the facility. Một nơi rất đáng thử cho dù bạn đi du lịch 1 mình hay theo nhóm. Gần ga, có thể đi vào bằng ô tô hay xe máy. Nhỏ nhưng rất dễ thương, nhiều không gian sáng tạo. Host và nhân viên rất dễ chịu. I had such a lovely stay at Gardenia Hue Hotel! The room was super comfy, the staff were always so friendly and quick to help, and the service was really great. The location is perfect and the breakfast was tasty too.
It was my first time in Hue and I felt so comfortable and supported here. The hotel staff also helped me arrange everything, from tours to the royal tombs (I visited Khai Dinh Tomb) to airport transport (both from Phu Bai Airport to the hotel and back). That was such a big help for me as a first-time traveler in Hue.
Big thanks to Julia and Melissa, you two are the best! 💖 I just arrived in Bali, but I already miss Hue so much 🥹 I’ll definitely come back to Gardenia Hue Hotel for my next visit to Hue.
