For the price point that you are paying, more amenities should be included. The rooms need updating; the carpets are kind of dirty, and the bathrooms are falling apart. But what I didn’t like was that you had to pay to use Hilton’s beach equipment, but you couldn’t bring your own equipment. It was already a buck I had to buck to stay here, but on top of that, you have to spend more money for everything you want to do.

Gulf view room is basically AC view and this is not shown in the pictures when booking.

The hotel was so modern and clean. Valet parking when you pull up they give you a tag and take your vehicle and park it. Beautiful sunsets, pools are perfect.

Staff should let you know what is included with your stay. For example free yoga and a free photo shoot on the beach. No one mentioned this until I was checking out.

Great location, beautiful building and gulf view

The only good thing I would say is the beach access , the way the rooms looks is not worth the price. You have to pay a resort fee and you’re forced to pay valet fee or you have to pay 20 a day no free parking. Drunks are pretty expensive.

I rented a gulf view room my view consisted of the parking lot and the next hotel with a slight view . They offered to change rooms but didn’t have the same accommodations . The air conditioner sounded like a train every time it started and the safe did not work . Otherwise location staff ect we’re all great . I expected more than a dated hotel with room issues from the Hilton

For being a Hilton and how much you pay per night, the hotel needs a good upgrade. Room is in desperate need of fixing from paint chip to furniture. Not a queen size bed, ocean view was laughable with huge ac units in front. I killed two bugs husband and child each killed a bug so we had 4 bugs in our room. Room was near elevator and ice machine and neighbors were loud and screaming. Being clearwater beach you can find cleaner, upgraded hotels for better value down the strip.
