Everything perfect and the frontdeskt very friendly.

This hotel DESPERATELY needs some TLC. There is mould in the bathrooms on the floor, tiles and ceiling. The shower had tiny black bugs in it. The shower and toilet are in the "bathroom" with the sink outside in the main area. BEWARE if you are anything over 120 lbs this space is EXTREMELY tight, making it very difficult for anyone overweight or with mobility issues. The hotel also does NOT have an elevator nor is that noted anywhere. The location is a short walk from the main street with numerous restaurants, that said, the walk at night does go through what appears to be a bit of a seedy area of town. I dont reccomend walking alone at night. Overall would not reccomend this hotel.

Great hotel and rooms. Unfortunately too close to the rail line. Always ask for a room overlooking the park, not the back as otherwise you will need earplugs.

Nothing like the photos. Yet walking past other vacated rooms they looked better. Our room was 1950. Denys is open 24/7 and noisy all night. Car doors slamming, homeless people in the carpark and restaurant. The noisy smelly aircon had to be turned off. The poor staff do their best, its not their fault the propery is run down. Find any other hotel.

If I had the option to give this place a 0 star I would. When we arrived we noticed right away that the pictures did not match what this sandman inn actually looks like online. Once we checked in we headed to our room which was disgusting. Black marks all over the walls, bathroom is very outdated the rooms are dark and dingy with little to no light. The rooms are also very damp and just overall dirty. After chatting with my partner we decided to not even stay and found something else. This hotel needs serious updating and needs some accessibility updates there is no elevator or ramp to get into this sandman. The area is not the safest

Great service and a host that listens with a great Denny’s next door

Property old and in need of a refurbishment. Air conditioner in the room blew cold air directly on the bed. Bathroom so small you could hardly turn around. Staff was friendly.

Needs a bit of TLC but fine for 1 night. Extra $25 for my cat was disappointing.

Lots of parking available. Downside is that there wasn't elevator to go to other floors. This inn is a bit dated, but has all you need for a quick stay.

The sink faucet was barely holding on and the metal window frame was falling apart. We did not care for the coffee.

I thought it has Denny’s (24 hours) right front of the hotel is a pros, but my room window was facing to Denny’s and people coming in/out there were so loud even after midnight, which woke me up multiple times. I would recommend having earplugs if you were sensitive to the noise when you sleep.

No level access to rooms.

Furniture needs updating. It is showing wear Things like window troughs need cleaning. It is always a welcoming place to stay and near the hospital and Dennys

Our stay was great comfortable beds and awesome ac overall it was great

when i pulled up to the hotel there were street people hanging around the front entrance. 2 of them were doing the junkie nod. when i mentioned to staff, his response was "they go away in a while" That made me feel unsafe so i left. when i got outside 2 of them were trying to break into my truck.

Clean

Hotel and room were very clean and presented well. Bathroom could use some upgrade though. Dennys located in parking lot which is great however they should at least offer a discount for guests staying at the hotel, especially for breakfast.

No shampoo in the room. Dirty towels, sketchy people hanging around outside the hotel,
