The property was pretty affordable. That’s about it. The property was out dated in all aspects and the bed was very worn and uncomfortable . This place is not easily accessible with no automatic door and all stairs. The staff were all out smoking outside the front door which wasn’t great to walk by with our baby. And whatever spray they kept using to mask the musky carpet smell. Quite possibly the worst accommodation I’ve ever been to.

This property is old, run down, and in need of updating. Homeless in back alley, old metal windows, no sound proofing. Mattress needs replacing, bathroom too small to close the door, and internet access ridiculous.

The location is walking distance to downtown and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and the room was surprisingly quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The building is run down and the outside windows are very dirty. You get what you pay for. The price for what I got was reasonable.

An older building that needs updating. The washroom and furnishings were definitely dated. The closet sliding door was broken, i.e., removed an just left in the closet.
However, the Manager was very helpful as she provided the power bar (which was going to be installed anyways) as there was not enough outlets.

I have stayed at a lot of Sandman’s and this by far has been the most run down. I watched the desk clerk put scotch tape on the door jam to hold the little bracket on the door! The one and only ice machine was on the first floor and out of order. The front desk was closed from 11pm to 7am. It felt very unsafe at this hotel.
