yep room was very clean ..very helpful front lady

Not handicap friendly. No handicap parking, no elivator. Room looked like it had been broken into with a crowbar. Foot prints and hair in the bath tub. Would never stay there again!!

We have stayed in this hotel many times. The staff is warm and welcoming, the rooms are clean and well kept. It’s not fancy but the price is right and the location is perfect, right between ur son’s place and the shopping district, on the edge of downtown with great shops and restaurants and the best Denny’s ever in the same parking lot.

When I arrived the staff were drinking in the parking lot and followed me in for check in. I went to my room on the first floor all the lights were on inside I went to lock the door and the dead bolt was broken and did not work. Requested to change room. The pictures on the website did not reflect to what I checked into. The staff continued to drink in the parking lot with music from an open car door all evening. Had I not travelled from out of town and given the time of night I would have left instead of just requesting a room change.

The staff were very good. Kind, compassionate, and helpful.

The room was cleaned but the bathroom appeared to have mold

Room was generally quite clean, beds fairly comfortable. Grout around the shower was discolored. Room was definitely cleaned but the scent of the cleaner was seriously overpowering.

it was priced right for 4 nights. it was a smaller room with 1 queen. we will stay there again if in kamloops. located “downtown” denny’s in parking lot. staff are friendly and cleaned the roomz

Comparing prices and conditions of the hotel, it definitely worth. The front desk lady is nice and patient.

Sink did not drain....smoke detector handing from the ceiling....homeless sleeping outside the window....

Completely messed up my reservation for pet friendly room despite calling to confirm 3 times Messed up checkout time as well

Room wasn't very clean and the hotel seemed a bit run down. The price was great though - you get what you pay for!

Wasn’t a safe, comfortable feeling

There was a couple yelling at each other in the hallway at 3 am one night. They had to call the police (not the hotel's fault), but it took around 20 minutes for them to arrive and tell them to lower their voices. The next night, there was a kid screaming nonstop, and the clerk said, "Your mom is coming", so someone left a kid alone for god knows how long. Just very sketchy and weird interactions around. The ceiling of the shower was covered with dark mold marks.

The room and bed were clean and comfy. But there was a couple arguing very loudly in the lobby from 3am to 6am and the front desk staff did nothing to stop them so felt uncomfortable with the situation and did not sleep at all.

Staff was rude, room was dirty, they were not accommodating at all. And if you have to call them they will hang up on you and then dodge your calls for days after!!
