Friendly staff, clean and fresh. Everything was in walking distance. Excellent overall

Really enjoyed the staff’s attentiveness. Breakfast had a variety of choices. It was close to everything or the bus stop if you can’t walk much. So much to do and see and eat in the area. The room was clean, nice size, and ours was a handicap accessible room. You do have to pay for parking which is not uncommon these days. But it is in and out parking at no extra cost.

The rooms were quiet, clean, comfortable. The falls were a 20-30 minute walk. Parking was convenient. Also conveniently located to food. Glad we picked this one!

When i booked through expedia, there is not clarity about parking charges, for other hotels they cleared mentioned parking charges extra. But for this hotel there is no clarity. They mentioned only parking available. And on the day of hotel booking they asking me $30 for parking. So for that i am disappointed. Please mention clearly parking available but at a charge. Please let me know if i am wrong.

The patio and fire pit was both relaxing and unique for an intown hotel!

Perfect spot families with kids. In walking distance to Clifton Hill and the falls. Also on the blue line for the wego bus which is good for a ride home after a busy day. Would also like to shout out the breakfast team. They provide a good selection that rotates and keep the whole area clean and tidy! It definitely is worth staying here for the savings on breakfast plus clean and convenient rooms!

Pretty nice hotel all around. Felt like the parking was kind of expensive and the breakfast was ok. Still would recommend as it’s walkable distance from everything.

Good location as walkable, beds were comfy, front staff gentleman was very pleasant and helpful. Morning breakfast was pretty empty as I got there around 9:45ish. Coffee, juices were empty. Overall, good experience except the morning.

Food was good, but water bottles were also not provided.

Close to tourist attractions, convenient. Gated parking ($30)
