Hotel was fine

My only concern was no daily housekeeping service. It is done every other day. One of the joys of staying in a hotel is having someone else make your bed. We also had to call to have the keurig coffee replenished.

Our room was spacious and clean. It overlooked a grove of trees, peaceful and quiet. The patio featured comfortable cushioned chairs and couches arranged around a fire table. The patio was circled by bushes and a waterfall. We enjoyed the warm evenings on the patio with snacks and a bottle of wine from the bar. Everyone of the staff were cheerful and helpful. One of the most enjoyable vacation stays we've had. I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn if you are going to Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Average hotel for the most part, way overpriced for what is offered. Bathroom door is a sliding door that doesn’t fully close or lock which is a bit odd and uncomfortable. Honestly not worth the cost, many better options in the Niagara area.

I did not like the standard room; it lacks an exhaust fan in the bathroom and I can't even open the window. The room is very outdated.

Room was lovely and clean. Nice quiet hotel and staff at the desk were very friendly. Convenient to the Shaw festival.

Staff were wonderful from check-in to the dining area. Room was very clean. Bed was too soft but yet comfortable. The TV remote was very confusing to use. The shower was great except for a problem with the sliding doors.

For the money I spent, it should have come with a free breakfast. Really 20 per person on top of th hotel cost. Not what I am used too.

It is very close to the highway, lots of truck noise. Every time you turned the bathroom light on, it would squeal til you turned it off. Breakfast at hotel restaurant was over cooked
