Great staff, beautiful property.

My inly complaint was that service in the restaurant was slow.

The room was clean, but smelled a bit like smoke. The room wasn't very soundproof. We could hear the people in the lobby and people in the hallways.

The staff at the Westin was exceptional. The hotel itself needs updating. It was conveniently located near the museums, and you can access everything you need.

The property was good and the customer service. The parking was $75 a night. Too expensive for parking.

Absolutely Phenomenal service

I love the reception staff, especially Sierra and Sky! They were amazing!! They were exceptionally attentive and customer service oriented! Made my check in and check out( Sierra) great!

The only thing I will say is that the breakfast without the voucher is way too overpriced for the quality of the food that was presented here.

The Westin needs a renovation. It might have been the place to stay 20 years ago. I had to change the room once due to uncleanliness. The hotel staff is nice. The valet is awful. They kept moving my car unnecessarily.

Westin was my top stay this year with check in and quality. I usually upgrade for view in cities around the world. The view was stunning, and I had not requested an upgrade. The young lady who checked me in was close to very best in my many travels military, private industry and Fed govt. Regret being bad with names. Our breakfast service with Sitsu was really nice too.

It was just awesome with amazing staffs

We arrived on a very late flight. The staff was very friendly when we arrived. Even provided rollaway bed at no extra charge. I would recommend this hotel.

Great location

Donna and Iyana at the bar were absolutely fantastic! It was may daughter’s birthday and they both made it a great evening for us both. Besides the fantastic customer service they were extremely logical about the food selections, drink selections, as well as some point of interest in DC for us to take advantage of while we were staying at the hotel. I was very grateful to have met both of them as they made our trip to Washington DC a very pleasurable one.

The staff in the restaurant service was below par. Our family sat down for breakfast , initially they just ignored us. after 10 mins i asked if some one is going to take the order and i asked if i can have some water, no one served us, we waited for anothet 10 mins and just left
