Location good, staff professional and friendly

I stayed with my family here for a week to join the Sydney Marathon 2025. The room is huge with two big single beds, and it is clean. The staff are nice and helpful. I love the food! Absolutely will be back again.

Strategic location in the city center, very close to the train station, bus stop, places to eat. It's really comfortable.

The hotel rooms are large and close to public transport. The front desk is also good and the location is close to the Woolies supermarket. One room can accommodate 4 people for a double room, because one room has 2 queen beds.

Friendly & helpful front-desk and concierge. Sydney maps/guide are provided. Easily upgraded our room to a family room with 2 queen beds (best decision ever!). And it’s so close to many eating place, minimarket, and located strategically in the middle of the city itself. Housekeeping was great. And we checked out with the express check out option the hotel offered. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
