The staffs are helpful and most of them could speak English. Excellent breakfast, there is a one Michelin-starred restaurant in the hotel. It is also located in a very prime area, next to Oriental Plaza and Wangfujing Street.

Stayed there at room 0416 “suite “march 21-23 view is so nice but so noisy , 2days we don't have much sleep because of the construction going on and we don't know where is this noise coming from but its like its coming in the same room that we stayed or upper we don't know, and the hotel didn’t do anything about it. So stressful.
