The staff were mostly helpful, there were half empty whiskey bottles left in our room which have the impression it hasn't been cleaned properly. A fire alarm went off at 11pm whereby we had to evacuate. This really freaked our youngest out ( loud intercom messages in our room to evacuate)and he found it hard to sleep once we could go back in. Apart from this the food was good and facilities fine, bus outside hotel really convenient for getting into New York.

I usually choose to stay at Homewood Suites, but this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ll make sure to avoid this location in the future.

Friendly staff. Clean with great kitchenette amenities. Super close to shopping and good dining.
