Stayed in twin superior room with great view over the water. Nice hotel extremely well located near the town square. Nice and quiet room. Negatives was the crowded breakfast area and check-in experience. We were at the hotel early (3-4hours), offered us to change room for early check-in, but for a fee of 200svkr. (A bit greedy). This was a nice property. This is the only hotel that has charged me extra 200sek to check in early when the room was ready. Other than that fee it was a good hotel.

the facility isn't new, and the hitel need a refreshing. we expected more for money we paid. SPA was full booked, and even if not, it is only 30 min slotts, nit enough to change the close. the only positive with yhis hotel is the location.

The hotel has good location, close to the shopping street, which is giving many options for shops and restaurants. The family room we had is small but ok, and it’s clean and comfortable. The breakfast area is not so big, ok with breakfast items. Unfortunately must complain about one thing, about the service or the reaction of service tram. There was a accident in our room, one of glass which is in the corner on the sink surface just exploded by itself, don’t know when and how. Of course then become broken glass everywhere! At morning my wife went to bathroom, lights was off, she didn’t notice it. Once she step in, got piece of glass sticks into her foot, start bleeding immediately! I run down to reception, ask for help. Unfortunately the staff didn’t even pay much attention to listen what happened. They don’t have any first aid kit except little small bandage. How ever, I back to room, manage to get out the broken glass from my wife’s foot, stoped bleeding! During the time, there was no one come to check how is it! Only at the end, a house keeper come to clean the bathroom! I’m working with hospitality as well, just think this is not right/good reaction when something happens to your guest, especially not guests fault!

A worn hotel where

Perfectly located and in good order. Sad exterior though, so many Swedish cities architecturally ruined by buildings like this.

I am happy with the overall service I got from checking in, to the room which is clean with a very good bed to sleep. I also enjoyed their frukost buffet and the cleanliness of the restaurant and lastly very good and nice service attendants.

Booked last minute and checked in around 8pm. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinner in the hotel resto is great, big portion snd tasty. The room is ok and comfortable though tv channels are very limited. We opted for breakfast box instead of Buffett due to covid restrictions. We were offered extra box and thats very generous.

The room was quite cramped for myself and my two kids (8,10). Thought that for the money (almost 2000sek) the rom would Have been a bit bigger and that coffee/ tea and toiletries would have been provided. The bathroom door could not be locked and my son found a nasty looking piece of broken glass on the floor. Otherwise I found the staff to be helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. The hotel was in a prime location for anyone visiting Halmstad.

Grsat beds and - for Europe- spacious rooms. The hotel is perfectly situated next to the shopping area and clise to the railway station. Lovely helpful staff.

Vi var väldigt nöjda med såväl vårt rum som hela hotellet. Välstädat och mycket mycket trevlig personal!! Vi tackar och återkommer.

Vi fik ikke det værelse vi havde booket. Men 2 enkeltsenge som var sat sammen hvilket resulterede i at senge gik fra hinanden. Vi har nede og sige det men vi Alle dobbeltseng værelser var lejet ud Det var rester på væggen i værelset af noget brunt noget. Sengene var så umanerlige hårde at man fik ondt i ryggen af at ligge i dem. Noget af Sengetøjet var langt omvendt på? Elbils pladserne var optaget af ikke elbiler så man kunne ikke destinations lade Det var fint udvalgt af morgenmad dog var væggene ikke tørret af ved bordene mad sad ved og var ulækre Man kunne ikke bruge den ene stikkontakt på værelset fordi en skrue stak ud i midten af den. Der var muligheder af skærmdele til fjernsynet dog kun var en Android telefon. Og der var kun en dansk kanal

Hotellet har bra standard. Når det gjelder restaurant, må denne kalles en bar-restaurant, men maten var OK.

Familjevänligt. Sängarna hade mer att önska, väldigt tunna madrasser och bäddsoffan knakade en del.

Fint og enkelt hotell. Litt slitt, men fint og lyst hotellrom. Vi ble oppgradert til et større rom! Super service. Gøy at barna fikk Mocktails:) Frokosten var god! Anbefales!
