Friendly hotel staff, good service, strategic location

The location of this hotel is superb and convenient to many shopping places in Bangkok. They even provide free shuttle van to some nearby malls like Siam Paragon, Central World and BTS station. The room was spacious and clean, provided complimentary mineral water and snacks in room and at lobby. There is a 7-11 just beside the hotel and accessible using the side entrance of the hotel. The only downside was the ongoing construction on the main road just outside the hotel and can cause disturbance to light sleepers, but they provide ear plugs to overcome that. The traffic in the Pratunam area can be congested during weekdays rush hours, so plan your trip or use the BTS as much as possible.

The bed sheets in the bedroom hadn't been changed from the previous guest because they had red lipstick or something on them. There was no privacy in the bathroom... one of the doors couldn't be locked.

Very spacious and comfortable room, total blackout at night, playground at hotel, 2 exits, 7 eleven next to hotel, near to night market, and affordable airport transfer

I have been coming back yearly to Centerpoint Plus Pratunam... Thumb up to all staff. They are so friendly and nice.

The location is good and strategic but the room is not sound proof from construction in front of petchaburi road. It was so noisy at night and it really could disturb the sleep. The hotel asked deposit for 4000 bath for 4 days which is too much for deposit .Hotels usually only ask 1000 bath regardless how many nights you stay. One more problem is about the water drainage in the shower area. The water flow after showering can't flow smoothly on the floor around shower area so that the water still pools on the bathroom floor. It is quite annoying. Hotel shoul fix the manhole cover to make the water can flow faster.
