The hotel was very close to AO arena. I did ask for single beds as sharing with my daughter- this didn’t happen however the bed we were given was so huge it didn’t really matter!

It was a special occasion but did not feel it. Children cannot swim after 10am and just felt negative that is was customer friendly. Excited to come but do not feel i would come again. A shame

The hotel is lovely in an ideal location. A nice surprise as staff dressed the room for my husbands 60th birthday. Breakfast was ok but not very hot and tables close together Would recommend as staff fab

The room was very nice. Had a good night sleep. Walkable distance into town. The swimming pool was a bit small and it’s a shame there was no jacuzzi. The saunas would have been nice if there were hotter. Other than that we had a great stay!

The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. But very disappointed with the food and drinks in the evening. The drinks were very pricey and the food was poor quality and over priced. Breakfast was fine. I’d recommended hotel to stay in but not for eating in.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Manchester City Centre. You are walking distance from the main shopping district and the National Football Museum and there is a great choice of places to eat. The breakfast at the hotel is good and the pool although small is great for a quick swim. Parking is opposite the hotel in the AO Arena car park, this has to be the tightest car park we have ever been in where the spaces are snug but getting around the car park is a v tight squeeze. However you do get a reduced rate for parking there you just need to get a validation ticket from the hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and the decor is gorgeous the only thing that let out stay down was the over crowded pool and bad pillows that affected our sleep

Hotel its self was lovely. Brilliant price for 2 nights stay and great location. However a Few minor things that let it down. Firstly, pool area, the hotel needs to decide if it wants to offer the pool for family’s or an external spa. A lot of grumpy adults around after clearly booking a spa day to only be disgusted kids were in the pool from the hotel. Second and third are small. Secondly, prices for things within the hotel. £4.09 for a can of pop. £6.19 for a bag of crisps. £7.09 for a large pack of chewing gum. Unbelievable mark up on prices. Third, shower head. Why do you use a plastic device to stop the shower coming away from the wall, if you have a small child how are you meant to even shower them?

This hotel is very close to the AO arena. The hotel is very clean and the service great although we only used check in and check out. The bed was really comfy, nearly as good as the one at home. Our room had a zip and link bed making it a superking bed, we only had the standard room but it was just all we needed. The room temperature was perfect, not too hot not too cold.
