Quiet, winery across the street

The actual building is behind the main campus. It’s a dorm/campus apartment so don't expect anything fancy like a hotel. The website should have a map showing the guests exactly how to get here. The 1st building on your left when u turn in is the main campus. The 1st building on your right is the winery. You need to drive further in and it’s the last tall building on your left behind the main campus. It can be a bit confusing to find the place if you arrived at night without any clear instruction. The place is clean. Very basic. Safe. Free parking lot onsite. The staffs are nice. There’s a bus stop in front of the main campus that takes you to Niagara Falls. We didn’t use it because we have our car. The location is great. There’s an outlet mall within 15 minutes walk. Niagara Falls is about 15 minutes drive. Very easy and convenient.

I most liked the price. Hotels in Niagara on the Lake are very expensive in summer. I would stay here again. It was no frills but nice and clean. It took us a while to find the proper building but that was likely from not reading the signs properly.

Low flow shower heads a bit annoying.

Some of the staff were not friendly

It was very convinient to have 2 separate bedroom for 3 of us with our daughter. It's not the first time and definitelly we'll look for this residency next year

Quiet, spacious, conveniently located

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Rooms are quiet and provided good sleep after returning from Shaw play. Front desk staff were uninviting. No cordial greeting from staff. A smile and simple hello is the basic of expectations.

I liked the layout of the two bedroom suite. The rooms were even outfitted with televisions.

We loved the self contained 2 bedrooms.

Property needs a lot of improvement. Everything was so old. Carpet, tile bathroom needs to be replaced. Ac wasn’t working properly. I will never go back to this place again.

If you’re looking for a place to stay that is accessible to Niagara on the lake or Niagara Falls this is definitely the place to be. It’s not the Ritz-Carlton but it’s a place to sleep and you’re not too far from Niagara Falls. The states are Niagara on the lake.

Quick check in, personable staff, spacious room, convenient location

Some minor improvement in the condition of the rooms, some damage to the walls of one pf the rooms. No reason why it needs to be so spartan. Some basic supplies could be included, i.e. tea/coffee. Main benefit is price competitive.

It was really nice to have a reasonably priced option with a separate bedroom for my snoring friend! Very close to many wineries. The staff were great, the place was spotless and quiet.

Very accessible with the go train.

Not an awful place to stay but no better than ok. Room was right over outdoor patio area and very noisy at night. When I mentioned to person at the entrance desk his response was "it is what it is". Apartment is very small with no housekeeping unless 3 days stay...that was news to me.
