İnternet was fast enough to stream series, had a pleasant stay, quiet, well rested for our task the next morning

Clean comfortable good value

Despite being a modern building the were things like uneven floors ( right by a fire door ), also when I checked in was wasked about breakfast and asked if we could decide in the morning, and was told that would be OK. Following morning was told it was not possilbe, in quite frankly an abrupt and not customer friendly manner.

Wonderful staff and friendliness as always

Staff was very helpful checking in. Room was very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Very nice hotel. Room was bigger than I expected and in very good clean condition. Although on my own, I paid a tiny bit more for the double bed which was a really good size and well worth it. I also reserved a table at the on premise Thai Restaurant. Great food, freshly cooked and nice smiley service from all staff, meant it was a good experience. The hotel bar is very good too. Has a pub vibe about it with TV showing sports etc. Plenty of free parking with no issues at all. Highly recommended for a cost effective stay.

The staff were extremely pleasant and always ready to assist with anything. It was a good size room and quiet despite being near a busy road.

Lovely hotel,would have liked somewhere to hang wet towels after showering.

In close distance to Durham. Nice Pub and Thai Restaurant on Site. Friendly staff. Let down by bad odour in the guest part and in the room. Next to a busy road means you can’t sleep with the windows open. Very bouncy mattress and uncomfortable pillows.

Welcoming and friendly staff ,clean room similar to prem inn in design. Breakfast at £11.00 is not really worth it . The primary care centre near by does a full English for £6.00 far beter. Bar food though is good and if you want a bit of class trir Thai restaurant is excellent.

Thai restaurant (Star of Siam) was excellent.

Staff absolutely lovely, clean hotel and room. Full length bath was a welcome surprise.
