My requests were ignored. I asked for a room far away from the elevators and the hotel gave me a room next to the elevators and it couldn’t be changed. The hotel said they did not get my request from Expedia. I am very disappointed.

Bad internet and they made a party and we could not go to the elevator for 20 min

Nothing to do and nowhere to eat within walking distance of the hotel. The staff was nice and recommended a place to take a taxi to.

beautiful hotel, breakfast was great omelit station and cakes ,juices, fruit ,breads,and other hot food. room was clean big and bed comfortable. location was fine ,you can uber anywhere with 5 minutes

Hotel is beautiful, in city Close to vila velha. Breakfast free and good omelet and tapioca. Central located

food was good, room was good, but it took over an hour to check in. and it took another hour and fifteen mintues to check out not kidding, most ridiculous thing i have ever seen from a hotel. service was about like a budget airline - and i was the only person in line - no one in front of me, and it still took over an hour to check in and out.

Great place! Great location and amazing staff. Have been to Brazil multiple times and have always stayed here as the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Although the pool was closed due to COVID I have previously been and highly recommend.

Hotel velho , quarto tiveram que trocar , mofo , cama parecia uma canoa ( colchão velho ) tem 3 elevadores só um funcionava , pensa num hotel ruim , aliás Vitória precisa urgente de hotel novo

No primeiro dia, chegamos e do nada um funcionário abriu a porta do quarto com minha família dentro do quarto. O colchão estava afundado e parecia que estava em uso há anos, pois ao deitar sentíamos a depressão na espuma dela de tal forma, que ficamos sem entender, como um hotel desse porte estava com um colchão assim. Tivemos um dia que não houve limpeza do quarto e do resto o café da manhã é bom e a localização também.
