I had a very pleasant stay here. The staff were very friendly. The hotel was also very clean. Everything I needed was available. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Hanoi.

Our stay here was very pleasant, the hotel and rooms were clean. There are many coffee shops and restaurants in the area. The hotel staff were also very friendly. Unfortunately, we only booked for one night. When we wanted to add another night, the rooms were all full. We'll probably stay at this hotel again if we go to Hanoi again.
