Nice place. We enjoyed our stay

It’s a nice family hotel which can also be used for business trips and uses. The hotel is close to a shopping outlet, in a nice cosy area with a view on a mountain.

Services were excellent. Staff was amazing 👏

Good location. Friendly staff. Sound proofing is better that cheaper options.

Very clean, spacious rooms. Pool area and playground are a great added bonus. We’ll be back next time we are in the area.

Clean and convenient

We were sadly up all night we could hear everything in our room from loud traffic to people running down the hallways of the hotel and slamming doors at all hours of the night. We got maybe an hour of sleep from 7PM to 6AM. Our room was fairly clean besides dirt on the carpet. We had fresh clean bedding, clean towels, and soap. The pool and hot tubs were open we didn’t use them but lots of people were enjoying. Other than the loud noise and no sleep the place it’s self is decent quality.

Nice property close to grocery stores and shopping. Very central if visiting the Granby Zoo. Nice pool area. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Overall experience was average and below. Especially the breakfast was disappointing - poor quality of food, some not fresh, dirty tables. Fire alarm testing was scheduled at 6:59 am.

Speedy and easy check in process. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Complementary breakfast had generous portion but depending on the time, there can be a 15-20 min line up. Our only issue with our stay was the lack of crib for our 2 year old. When I called the hotel after online reservation to see if we needed to reserve in advance for a crib, I was told that simply to notify on arrival. However, upon arrival, we learnt that there were only rollaway beds available and the hotel no longer offered cribs since 2 years ago… the night was challenging with our child rolling off the bed twice even though we placed the mattress on the floor and put pillows around. For families traveling with infants and toddlers needing to stay in a crib, I’d recommend to reconsider.

Nice clean and comfortable hotel. Great staff, pub was great and every kid friendly, super close to the zoo and water park , nice clean pool for with kids toys included and a small park, would highly recommend to anyone travelling with young children.
