The room was spacious, comfortable and the bed was huge. The bathroom was designed for disabled access so had plenty of space. Kitchen facilities were excellent.

The breakfast being included was great. The cafe did a really nice breakfast.

The staff were helpful and pleasant. Close to lots of shopping and dining options. Plenty of parking.

Internet not working in our room and staff don’t care, told that was normal after trying to connect, 2 visits to reception as room phone didn’t work either, staff didn’t care that it wasn’t working, no offer for compensation, didn’t care they I was going to leave a bad review, other wise room was good

Hotel room was good, comfy beds but not good for a sleep in.. lots of sun light comes through the blinds early in the morning as blackout curtains are not used. Would be a lot better with blackout curtains. We were given a 10% card for the restaurant below and we were informed this was for all drinks/meals over the weekend - as we found out when ordering it is only dinner meals so that was a bit disappointing as we had brekky there everyday of our stay

This place is as corrupt as the 2020 US election. Arrived at 2.45pm and room wasn’t ready. Told to come back in half an hour. Finally checked in, bathroom floor wet and took about 3 hours to dry out. Next morning went for breakfast as it was included in the room, but told a water main had burst in the kitchen so no breakfast. Was told we would be credited breakfast, but haven’t seen a single cent credited. Tried contacting them twice, nothing but thieves and pimps running this joint.

Friendly staff at check in and the room was beautiful and spacious. Will be back next year for our work trip.

I really liked the cleanliness and the music playing in the room on arrival set the mood and the relaxed environment. I did not like the outside appearance looking run down. A few maintenance of the property would achieve the safety and security of the area.

Great location with shopping centre one block away. Plenty of restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Rooms were clean… staff were helpful .. this was the second time we have stayed here and will not hesitate to stay here again.

It is in a very convenient area. Easy to park at as well.

Great location handy to major shopping Centre. Felt like carpet had been cleaned prior to checking in as it was wet. Little disappointed that it was advertised with breakfast included which was part of the reason I chose this location, however the restaurant was closed for the Labour day holiday on the Monday.

The location is convenient with secure parking. My room was a ‘hotel’ style room, very spacious, comfortable king bed, bathroom was clean with good water pressure in the shower; breakfast in the restaurant downstairs very nice. My only negative is the stains on the carpet in the room (105b), makes the room appear dirty.

Unit was a bit run down, traffic noise was an issue too.

Love this place!
