Easy to get to and quiet.

All the carpet in this hotel needs to be ripped up and replaced. There were stains everywhere on the carpet and the tile at the main entrance looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a month. While the staff was courteous this hotel needs some deep cleaning and updates.

We found a bug that looked like a cockroach and my mil had bites on her shin

Really nice stay. Staff were very friendly. Room was clean and bed comfortable.

Clean Quiet Convenient Friendly Staff

The air was stale with the smell of dirty carpets . We were not impressed with hair in the shower from the previous guests. Front desk was difficult to understand and it took him An hour to enter the next ro To turn off the alarm.

Staff were wonderful and the room was clean. The pool was great but the hot tub was not fully functional.

Jets didn’t work got a wake up call didn’t ask for one 😡😡😡

Check in listed as 3 pm. Showed up at 4:45pm, no room available. Was told 5 minutes for an answer. 20 minutes later I was still in the lobby waiting, staff was socializing and not very concerned with our room. I inquired again about the status of our room to which I was told they weren’t sure, as they were waiting on housekeeping to find a clean room. We couldn’t shower, but left for dinner and I eventually checked into my room at 7pm. No soap or shampoo in the dispensers when I went to shower. Not the greatest experience. Rooms were otherwise decent, and location is good. Maybe just a bad day…

Good location

The common areas of this hotel were appaling.

Pros: Close to the airport and intercity. Beds are comfortable, suites are clean. Good amount of breakfast options, coffee and cold/hot water in the lobby. Saltwater pool and hot tub. Cons: Hotel rooms are quite dated and could use a refresh. Carpeted areas are sticky in places, moldy spots in the pool lining. If you dont have a car there is very limited options for dining and walkability is very low. Breakfast is included and it was ok. Hotel staff is kind and polite, however pretty slow and needed to ask multiple times for housekeeping service, fresh towels, etc.
