When we checked in, we requested the bottom floor as my husband uses a walker, we were able to make that change with no problem. Very competent and friendly staff.
Our room was clean and in good repair. Our grandkids came for a visit and we went and used the pool, it was also clean and in great shape.

I was unable to drive to this hotel because the OPP had closed the highway leaving us stranded. I tried to cancel the reservation and was denied. The hotel said they would be able to help me but I booked with hotels.com and was not reimbursed

Property showed its age. Pillows were two little cushion sized pillows. Breakfast was not really breakfast muffins and a few things nothing hot like other days inn.

Was sad that the hot tub was not in use , that’s a big reason we stayed here was for the hot tub . We were not notified that it was down .
