Clean rooms and good continental breakfast. Good coffee.

The hot tub jets wouldn’t turn on and the pool was rather cold. The room was very clean and the breakfast was good, Our biggest concern was between 11:00 & 12:00 at night, we were rudely awaken by a loud and obnoxious neighbour. We tried 2 times to contact the front desk to complain, no one answered? The neighbour continued to interrupt our sleep. I did complain to the front desk in the morning and then called back. We were told we would get a full refund, but only got a $65.00 refund. Definitely, something, but not what was expected. Rather disappointing because all we wanted was a safe, restful night.

Very well kept and clean

Good location being close to amenities and restaurants. Room is was clean. Hot tub jet did not work. Maintenance came in the room during the morning when we were still in the room to look to see if baseboards needed caulking- I think this was odd. The key cards all stopped working the morning of check out at 7am also. Evening staff was helpful.

The pool and Hot tub were great and there was lots of parking. The staff were attentive and breakfast was excellent!

While undergoing renovations this hotel was amazing! All staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and just lovely. The rooms were clean,the breakfast was good and the location is great! The only thing to improve would be to fix the jets in the hot tub - they weren't working; and I do wish there was a gym. However everything else exceeded my expectations, and I would book there again in the future.

After stay here multiple times and had very good experience we were very disappointed in the condition of the property. Were never informed the hotel was under renovation. Water was off for 4 hours Friday. Not even any bottled water provided during this time. Halls and room were dirty with salt and sand. Even found a pair of dirty socks in the room. Couldn’t connect to wifi. When staff was made aware they just shrugged their shoulders. No discount offered for all the inconveniences. Not sure if there has been a change in ownership but it has definitely gone downhill.

Carpet was filthy. Two used towels hanging on bathroom door from previous guests. No shampoo. No pillows for hide-a-bed. phone by bed didn't work. One hanger in closet space. Bed uncomfortable needs new mattress. Carpet in elevator grossly dirty. We like staying here because of location but this is last time for us.

I had to wash someone else’s tooth paste splatter off the bathroom counter, every bed sheet was stained, mattress was ripped with holes.

Hotel was good but breakfast was the same old stuff everyone serves not sure except more variety would be nice(ie cheese omlet instead of scrambled eggs all the time.

Outside garbages overflowing. Jets not working in hottub. Security door not working. Room was not cleaned properly. Found used kleenex in drawer the whole week I was there, never removed
