The staff are very helpful and very friendly. The hotel is always clean and welcoming!

We booked the king suite with the jet tub and it was wonderful. The jets were incredibly clean as was the tub itself. The room was clean, the staff were helpful and friendly, the pool and hot tub were great. Only thing that was lacking was that the showerhead needed to be descaled.

Staff very pleasant and helpful hallway floors dirty and room didn't seem to be vacuumed or cleaned. Found someone's dinner on chair. Lots of noise during night.

The property is close to the medical facility I attended. There is a Montana’s restaurant and Tim Hortons beside the hotel. The property has been fully remodeled although the rooms are carpeted which is a problem as I am an allergy sufferer. The bed is not the most comfortable, hard and with no pillow top.

Hot tub not working. Looking for glassware in the room. Pool was chilly.

I didn't get a chance to try out the pool so I can't comment on it but I did see many people using it so maybe next time ill remember to bring a bathing suit and flip flops.

Checking in: the checking in has a little problem. Check in time is 3PM but they will tell you that they will need 10-30 minutes to get your room ready. So technically, you are checking in 3:30pm instead of 3:00pm. Keycard; the keycard keeps malfunctioning so i keep going downstairs to keep it validated to go inside my room. I probably like went downstair like 4 times during my 1 night stay. Staff: very nice and attentive. They are very apologetic about it. I actually felt bad for them, because the malfunctioning and some repairs, that they became the outburst of frustration. Food: i would say good. And the staff keep replenishing them. Kudos to the staff.

Stationnement pour voiture électrique sur place avec des frais de un dollar par heure.La piscine est très convoitée. L’hôtel est facilement accessible par la route 11.

Wish the Days Inn had more accessible rooms with safety bars in the bathrooms. The breakfast could be better fruit was old and over ripe

Front desk gentleman’s command of the English language was poor. Could barely communicate with the man. Your front desk staff must be able to speak excellant English that a Canadian can understand. TV and fridge in room was unplugged. Even when plugged in fridge did not work.

Room was clean, parking was good. Staff was good as was the breakfast. Would stay there again on next visit.

The hot tub jets wouldn’t turn on and the pool was rather cold. The room was very clean and the breakfast was good, Our biggest concern was between 11:00 & 12:00 at night, we were rudely awaken by a loud and obnoxious neighbour. We tried 2 times to contact the front desk to complain, no one answered? The neighbour continued to interrupt our sleep. I did complain to the front desk in the morning and then called back. We were told we would get a full refund, but only got a $65.00 refund. Definitely, something, but not what was expected. Rather disappointing because all we wanted was a safe, restful night.
