The hottub was unfortunately, not working. Not really a problem except that the hotel never informed its guests of the issue. And so we got into our suits, went down to the pool, only to be disappointed. Other than that, a very good experience.

Extremely noisy stay. I had to complaint twice before something been done. Phone in the room was not working.

The hotel was great. Loved the fact that they offered breakfast starting at 5am. The breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, toast, cereal, tea , coffee and hot chocolate. Easy check in and check out. I will definitely stay here again. Katherine R

King suite was poorly designed with the only sink and mirror in the suite was located in the living area instead of the bathroom. The king sized bed was fine but they used a flat sheet for the bottom sheet instead of a fitted sheet? The pillows were old, flat and very uncomfortable. The continental breakfast provided was poorly stocked and we were very disappointed.

The staff are very helpful and very friendly. The hotel is always clean and welcoming!

We booked the king suite with the jet tub and it was wonderful. The jets were incredibly clean as was the tub itself. The room was clean, the staff were helpful and friendly, the pool and hot tub were great. Only thing that was lacking was that the showerhead needed to be descaled.

Staff very pleasant and helpful hallway floors dirty and room didn't seem to be vacuumed or cleaned. Found someone's dinner on chair. Lots of noise during night.

The property is close to the medical facility I attended. There is a Montana’s restaurant and Tim Hortons beside the hotel. The property has been fully remodeled although the rooms are carpeted which is a problem as I am an allergy sufferer. The bed is not the most comfortable, hard and with no pillow top.

Handy location

Hot tub not working. Looking for glassware in the room. Pool was chilly.

I didn't get a chance to try out the pool so I can't comment on it but I did see many people using it so maybe next time ill remember to bring a bathing suit and flip flops.

Checking in: the checking in has a little problem. Check in time is 3PM but they will tell you that they will need 10-30 minutes to get your room ready. So technically, you are checking in 3:30pm instead of 3:00pm. Keycard; the keycard keeps malfunctioning so i keep going downstairs to keep it validated to go inside my room. I probably like went downstair like 4 times during my 1 night stay. Staff: very nice and attentive. They are very apologetic about it. I actually felt bad for them, because the malfunctioning and some repairs, that they became the outburst of frustration. Food: i would say good. And the staff keep replenishing them. Kudos to the staff.

Très belle chambre, propre avec de l’espace. Le fauteuil et le divan lit sont confortables.Stationnement très accessible et gratuit. Stationnement pour voiture électrique sur place avec des frais de un dollar par heure.La piscine est très convoitée. L’hôtel est facilement accessible par la route 11.
