Excellent stay

The location was amazing. However, I had the worst 3 nights of sleep. The beds are rock hard and the pillows were terrible. For such a nice hotel it was a big let down to feel crappy during our trip from lack of sleep. The shampoo pumps didn't work well in the bathroom and I asked for extra and they just said no. On our last day there the pool was closed. Feel dissapointed to say the least. Would not stay there again. The concierge Reed was the brightest spot at the resort and very helpful.

Friendly staff

We have been to Key West many times. The marker is clean, well located, people are nice. More affordable than some of the places on the water. Great stay.

The hotel was in a great location and convenient to a lot of places we wanted to go. The view from the balcony was great and looked over the water. The only issue we had was with the bed, as it seemed much smaller than a standard King Size bed. I inquired on this since we have a king bed at home and thought we may have been given a queen bed by mistake. I was told it was a "personalized king" and that is the side of the bed in all king rooms. I'm not blaming the staff on this one, but it was a bit surprising.

Amazing hotel centrally located, close to everything! Hotel was very nice, clean, and staff were kind. Our room had a great view of the pool and marina. Will definitely be booking to stay here again.

Great location with proximity to nightlife, dining and close to the center of town. Parking was convenient, staff friendly and accommodating, overall a great experience!

Location was perfect

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Everything is in walking distance, food, drinks, activities and excursions can be made with Reed the Concierge. It was my 20 year wedding anniversary and they even gave us a bottle of champagne in our room, that was a nice touch.

Staff was excellent-- especially Karolina and Onelvi-- walls in the rooms are paper thin- you can here everything.

The pool area and bar/restaurant were very nice. Wish restaurant was open later (closed at 5:00) and musical entertainment was extended as well. Rooms were very nice size and modern. Love the location!

The location was beautiful. Resort was clean and amazing. Staff were perfect. I loved the big chair out front. Close walk to Duval. 3 pools that were really nice. The serentiy pool was exceptional. Parking easy. Rooms modern and kept really clean. Highly recommend.
