Nathing about this property is what the have on their advertising. My room do not a telephone to call in case of emergency's. They do not clean the room every day, it is a terrible place to state, it is the worst hotel I have been in my last 50 years. The should be embarrassed of what they put in the internet

Very clean and quiet

Over priced for what you got. Rooms were dirty sheets stained. My room smelt bad. Front desk girl was new and took forever to get checked in also tried to charge me twice for stay.

The room was clean and the pizza chef make some good pizza.On the reservation it said water bottle include ,but in there only 2 tiny bottles a day .Really not what expected.

The area that is located its really convenience close from everything.

This property is absolutely disgusting.

Perfect for me. Large rooms with private bathrooms, a pool and a good reasonable priced restaurant, beautiful plants, trees, flowers-true El Eden, Tainos statues, and a short-15 min walk to Dominicus public beach- everything I wanted and more. Because of the very reasonable price of the lodging it didn’t bother me that they didn’t have a light in front of my door, or that the building was old and squiquing something when walking inside- it had air conditioner and a vent. Overall- I LOVED it!

It was terrible nothing worked. The shower didn’t work at all, the air conditioning didn’t work it wouldn’t go lower than 23. They didn’t provide anything to do the guest not even water or soap in the rooms and then when I complained about my room especially the shower because I at least needed this more than anything nothing was done. I asked for a different room and I was told I couldn’t get it. So I ended up staying one night and checking out early losing 2 days. I paid for another hotel which ended up being so much better but I did lose the money I spent on this hotel. I want my money back.

Service is the best at this place. However the room is in pretty bad conditions, shower doesn't work properly, clogged sink, and bed sheets smell bad

Located in a developing tourist area. A little over a hour from PUJ Airport. Staff friendly but not multilingual. Not a real Restaurant. Grounds are spacious, kept & being upgraded. You get what you pay for & great place for families & alone time.

Good for a short stay. Breakfast could be better, maybe a more dominican breakfast option or more variety. Air conditioning was not working but not needed because it was not too hot. Is a small nice hotel if you are looking to a peaceful stay. Not much to do in the little town.

Nice hotel with all neccessary, nice room, nice pool and good breakfast. Hotel staff is very kind. It is not next to the beach but not so far.

I would describe Hotel El Eden as "just fine." It was a bit of an odd experience, as we only saw one other set of guests the entire time we were there. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful; their English was good enough, and they took care of everything promptly. Kitchen staff spoke only Spanish, which was a bit of surprise given that the listing says the staff is multi-lingual, but language barriers are to be expected when traveling, and we were ultimately able to order without issue. Food was very good, especially the chicken fajitas. Room was a good size, but there were a few broken or dirty objects. Overall it was fine though, and I didn't mind sleeping there. WiFi was okay, not good or great, but did work in our room and we were able to look at the few things we needed. The beach itself is only a few minutes walk away, if you can convince one of the resort security guards to let you through. If you can't, the public beach is quite a ways more, probably about a 10-minute walk. There are a number of shops and restaurants along the walk. Would not recommend walking it at night.

Staff was nice, but the hotel was not, old, uncomfortable...didn't like at all
