Everything was very good indeed, especially the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff members, who simply cannot do enough for you.

Room and hotel is the best in Leeds. Only downside is the staff on a evening sometimes slow to take your order from table

The receptionist was lovely, very helpful and welcoming. Beautiful room, great facilities, Nespresso machine (an essential for caffeine addicts like me!), strong hans gröher shower, Molton Brown toiletries, big TV, lots of mirrors, effective air conditioning and right in the centre of Leeds. Would definitely stay again.

Great service as always. We dine here and have drinks quite often however this time it was for my birthday. Receptionist was kind enough to offer early check (at a cost) which is fine as it was nearly 3 hours before the usual check in, so that the room could be decorated. Room was clean and spacious, again room service staff were excellent.
