The hotel staff was very helpful with any questions or concerns. The hotel is strategically located near Lawson, KFC, McDonald's, and the train station. The hotel is close to the Bund, directly across from the Shanghai Post Museum, and within sight of the Pearl Tower. Getting to the MRT station and ordering a taxi online is easy from the hotel.

Golden Tulip is located very near to Nanjing Road, and it’s just 5 minutes' walk to the train station. Great hospitality from hotel staff. The room we stayed in was spacious with a kitchen area and big toilet, definitely will come back on our next trip.

I absolutely loved this hotel! 💛 The staff were very kind and even upgraded our room for free, which was a lovely surprise. The room was huge, beautiful, and very clean. The building itself is stylish, and interior feels new. All amenities are well provided, and even the hair dryer is really good. The bed is comfortable, though the pillows are a bit flat for my preference. Other than that, everything was excellent. The hotel feels luxurious but is very good value for money. It’s also not far from The Bund, so you can easily walk there to enjoy the river view. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance!

I kid you not. This place has the best toilets. Made me want to buy the exact same ones at home.

The first time I came to Shanghai, I booked a hotel that I was very satisfied with. It was close to the center, so it was convenient to take a taxi anywhere. The room was beautiful and spacious. My husband and I brought a large suitcase to comfortably fit in. There was a dressing room and an iron so that every day when we went out, our clothes were always clean and beautiful. Most importantly, the bed was comfortable and the pillows were just right, making it easy to sleep. The staff were polite and enthusiastic, opening the door every day. I will definitely come back to this hotel next time.

I have not received the 500 yuan deposit when checking out. And the staff did not resolve it satisfactorily for me, saying that my visa card had a problem, I requested a refund in another way, alipay or direct transfer via card or cash but they did not agree. I had to wait until I returned to Vietnam. Before returning, I added the hotel on wechat but when I texted them, there was no response. So I lost my deposit? Apart from this, everything from the location to the cleaning staff and amenities were good. After this incident, I hope the hotel will resolve it and contact me.

The hotel is nice and clean, there is a bidet and it is close to the MRT and cheap shopping places. After leaving the hotel, turn right and go straight, there is a mall and good and cheap places to eat. To The Bund, you can see the Shanghai Bund tower from the window.

Perfect location and we are so lucky they give us free upgrade. Staff very nice and welcome, for sure we will back again. Good view straight to the Bund, love it.

Best best hotel di Shanghai. Lokasi bener-bener strategis dekat dengan The Bund (jalan 10 menit). Kamar hotel juga sangat besar dan bersih.

Nice hotel, very comfy bed. A good location. Near the Bund and the famous Nanjing Rd. The toilet is silent, love this one so it doesn't make loud flushes when you go in the middle of the night. Room amenities are nice too. All provided. ❤️ Overall, it is a good stay here.

Good location, the receptionist seems in a hurry to explain to the customer. There is only 1 Caucasian employee who is friendly and patient to guide. The rooms are less clean and do not provide toothpaste + toothbrush! strange hotel.
