The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. However, the lighting was inadequate. Breakfast was unappealing, both in terms of menu variety and presentation. The food was also underwhelming.

Sounds from outside could be heard inside the room. As for amenities, there was only one electric bicycle available. The other nine were reportedly broken. The hope was to stay there so we could ride around Ancol with our family in the morning. The receptionist suggested using the GoGo Ride facility at the Ancol bus shelter. My kids and I walked quite a distance, but it turned out GoGo Ride was no longer available due to bankruptcy. In the end, my kids and I returned to the hotel disappointed. We decided to just have breakfast. However, the food variety was limited. The food wasn't warm. By 8:00, most of the food and fruit were gone. We asked for refills, but they took a long time to arrive. Even asking for sauce had to wait a long time. When the fried food was refilled, we hoped it would still be hot and crispy. It turned out it wasn't even warm at all, and it was hard. It wasn't worth the additional charge of 200,000 rupiah per person.

Recommended hotel inside Ancol.

Located inside Ancol, entrance fee not included. Check-in was fast, the pool was spacious, and the rooms were soundproof. Our family got room 565 (the very end) and there was no noise at all. The downside was the view, as the walls and floor were uncarpeted. Breakfast was on the first floor, with a varied menu, but I'd rate it 3/5 for taste.

I didn't expect the room to be quite big.. It's very close to Dufan, it was a perfect time to book this hotel.. At night when I checked in to get the key, the receptionist, Mr. Riyan, was very kind and pleasant, making an impression.. Thank you for your smile 🤗
