The condition of the hotel does indeed look like an old hotel, perhaps it could be renovated again, especially the executive rooms because they are quite luxurious rooms but they look a bit old and still dusty.

The hotel is nice, close to everywhere. When I was about to check in, it turned out I made a mistake in booking. It should have been a king bed, but it was actually a twin bed. I panicked, but I felt really calm because I was helped by the friendly Ms. Indah at the reception. All the staff are friendly, starting from the security guard who wore a hat and looked like a father who was greeted cheerfully like a bestie. Stay healthy, sir. Thank you for making my honeymoon with my husband comfortable 🙏🏻❤️

From the beginning, I unloaded my luggage myself, even loaded my luggage onto the trolley myself, pushed the trolley all the way to the room myself, no hotel staff helped, the receptionist was just silent, there was a male staff member beside the elevator who was just silent, the service was very bad, they saw the hotel guests busy carrying their luggage and pretended not to see.

Last time I was here was in 2019. Now I'm back in 2025 and why is the room so bad? The bathroom door handle is about to come off, the curtains are very dirty with lots of white spots, the bed is uncomfortable, the swimming pool is foamy. Huh, what a shame, even though it was the best hotel in my opinion.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. While the hotel looks nice, the parking lot is small and cramped. Please pay more attention to the room. The bed sheets weren't very clean, but luckily housekeeping helped change them. This is my first time experiencing a hotel like this 🙃 There are lots of stories to tell.
