This is the umpteenth time I've been here with my family and always had a room with breakfast because Agria has a rooftop restaurant concept and there's live music starting at 7 every night. Agria is the best 3-star hotel reachable because it's close to my house. It was a really pleasant stay. I want to come here again.

The hotel's location is easy to reach, parking is free, and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. My only suggestion is that the bath towels are old and need replacing. I hope I can stay at this hotel at least once a month, as I have to visit my child studying at IPB.

It's not bad at this rate, but the water heater isn't working.

The door won't lock, it's scary, the bedroom light is broken, the shower isn't hot.

Everything was fine for the price. However, the bathroom wasn't very clean. Upon entering, there was a lot of hair, and the toilet was dirty with traces of wipol. And the staff entered the room to provide mineral water without the owner's permission.
