I stayed for two nights. When I first arrived, I was greeted by a cloud of cigarette smoke in the lobby. It turned out to be coming from the indoor cafe in the lobby. People were smoking there, and the staff didn't dare remind me. The room was cramped and very dimly lit. There were no towels when I first entered, the phone was broken, and the reading lamp was also broken. The drop-off area was also full of cigarette smoke. There was a sign that said "no smoking," but people still smoked there, and again, the staff didn't dare remind me. Oddly, there were ashtrays in the area where the sign said "no smoking." I had a baby with me, and this was very uncomfortable.

Only stayed one night at this hotel but it was very comfortable, and of course the kids were happy because they could swim 😍

The hotel staff is very friendly except for the receptionist who is a bit thin, similar to Duma Riris. She is pretty but not very friendly. Grumpy. And a bit slow. For the breakfast menu, please add more menus. Oh yes, this is the first time in this hotel that my room was cleaned by the staff while I was having breakfast. They entered the room themselves with a duplicate key that they had without me asking. Honestly, we were very surprised because we didn't ask for it to be cleaned but just entered the room to clean the room. We should have asked permission from the room renter first. Because we left a lot of valuables in the hotel room. And one more thing, please provide special swimming towels. Like hotels in Jakarta.

Comfortable, quiet, and clean. The downside was that the closed faucet was broken when we stayed overnight and couldn't be used.

Stay here because the location is near my wedding venue. Respect to their security for their service as every transportation arrives at their lobby. They're helping open the door, carry the luggage until the front office. Thank you.

The security was completely indifferent. They didn't help people lifting things into their cars at all, just watched. They should have at least asked about it. They were really unfriendly.
