A 4-star hotel should have a bellboy, someone guarding the hotel door and guests' belongings can be brought to the room. I stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights, only at check out did a bellboy appear after I complained and was not offered one, perhaps because the hotel was too crowded and guests were less comfortable due to the high holiday season... I am good at rating it well and the receptionist staff, please improve the service. 10 years of ordering on the new app, this time it's disappointing.

A pleasant hotel,
I first stayed at the Grandhika Setiabudi Hotel in Medan City, from Kualanamo Airport directly checked in at the Grandhika Setiabudi Hotel, the room was comfortable, the facilities in the room were okay for the business trip that I had to do. The room price is still reasonable for its class. Breakfast food, delicious to enjoy, many choices to enjoy, both traditional and local food and western food. During the day, enjoy a sip of delicious coffee at the hotel Lounge, delicious and the price is still friendly. The hotel staff is quite friendly and responsive, the hotel location is very strategic, still in the city's business center. Around there are also quite a lot of cafe choices to hang out outside the hotel.

Great experience Rating: ⭐✰ (8/10) I stayed overnight at Hotel GranDhika and overall was quite satisfied with the service. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable—perfect for a short staycation or business trip. The location is strategic, close to eateries and easy access to transportation. Facilities such as AC, hot water, and Wi-Fi work well. Breakfast is quite varied and tastes pretty good. The downside is, maybe check-in is a bit long and the noise from the corridor can be heard a little into the room. But otherwise it's really good! Conclusion: Recommended for those looking for a comfortable and clean hotel at a reasonable price. Definitely worth coming back for!
