The room was extremely dirty, full of dust and dirt, and the food variety was extremely limited. There are plenty of other, more decent hotels for the same price. I won't be returning here again!

The hotel is pretty old. Some kind of rusty carpet and smell, but the maintenance is good. They really need to renovate the pool area. Other than that, the location is super strategic.

+ Strategic hotel, close to the mall. + Friendly staff, fast check-in + Large twin beds, great for bringing kids + Large playground + Rooftop pool with hot showers - Rooms are a bit worn, wallpaper is torn - TV was broken and dim, so I complained, and they replaced it with another TV - Stayed 2 nights but tea, sugar, and coffee were not refilled - Room and pool area were clean

The rooms are large, affordable, and offer easy access to the city center. One thing to note is that the hallway leading to the rooms smells damp. Furthermore, parking is very narrow when you're getting in. There should be signs or an attendant on standby. Recommended for family hotels in downtown Semarang. Cheers! 🍻

The hotel staff is friendly, the security is also friendly, if you complain about the TV, it will be replaced immediately with a new one 👍🏻, plus there is a children's playground so it's fun 👍🏻

The hotel staff were all friendly, from the doormen and reception girls to housekeeping, restaurant staff, and even the pool staff. Everyone was very helpful. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was quite tasty. The only downside was that the rooms weren't soundproof. During my stay, I could hear people walking around and talking in the next room. Overall, the service was good.

A 4-star hotel, but it's like an apartment. The ground floor area, near the elevator, smells bad. The restroom is unattractive, not very soundproof, and the food menu is very limited.
