The hotel's location is very close to everything. There's an Indomaret and a mall nearby. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. The service is excellent. I'll stay here again in the future.

The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean. The hotel is located near Icon Mall and is close to the city center.

I ordered a room with 1 bed and was given a room with 2 beds, even though I ordered a different price with a cheaper 2 bed room, then the sheets were dirty and not suitable for use. The color of the gray sheets was very visible. The food was indeed varied. Yesterday I ordered noodles, the chef who cooked the noodles didn't seem to have any intention of making the noodles, it was like soaking them in hot water so the noodles expanded, unlike when the noodles were cooked with boiling water. It turned out I wasn't the only one complaining. There were also women who complained about the dirty bathroom and the water didn't flow. The phone couldn't be used to wear a prayer robe and had to go downstairs first. It was very unsatisfactory. I stayed at this hotel and was very disappointed.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay here. The food was delicious, the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the access was easy. I'd definitely stay here again if I ever return to Palembang.

My first staycation here was really satisfying. The bf had a lot of interesting variations. I regret not being here on New Year's Eve yesterday. The kids were very happy. A slight minus because yesterday was the new year so check-in took a long time.

Oh my, the check-in process took so long, it was really not worth it even though I had booked on Traveloka.

Everything is good, but I'm not comfortable because the room is noisy and not soundproof, so there are a lot of children's voices and other things.

This check-in didn't take too long to check out.

This is my third stay here. Good service, good facilities, and great location.
