Staying at Hotel Berjaya was very pleasant, next time stay here again

Close to Penang Adventist Hospital, making it easier for parents to go back and forth to the hospital for check-ups.

Everything from staff to the room was excellent except our air conditioning in our room not so cold and have to called the maintenance to fix it.. we have an pleasant stay here..

• The check-in process was easy and fast, even after midnight. • Although it is considered an old hotel, the room was clean and all facilities were functioning well. • The breakfast menu was vegetarian (no meat), but there were eggs, milk, and cheese available. The food tasted good. • The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially since I was traveling with children. • The location offers easy access to various places. • There is a Rapid Penang bus stop right in front of the hotel (Midlands One Stop Centre).

Hotel is clean but facility is old, staff are friendly and react fast, l like the locations as it is convenience, toilet should upgrade! Espeacially like the prayer room at level 2🙏🏻

I knew this hotel since 2006 and keep on choosing this hotel as a place to stay during visit hospitals in Penang. They keep improving and developing the facilities and services. Always feel like stay at home. Keep serving with heart!

The staff was friendly and helpful. We were disappointed. The room we booked was a Standard Room. We checked in at 2:00 PM local time. Then we were offered an upgrade to a Superior Room. To our disappointment, the upgraded room was a Standard Room. Room 1709

Friendly staff starting from FO, Security, Restaurant

It is good. But it is an old hotel. Same as Berjaya Times Square Kl vibes. Basically the room in picture and actual same. Just the color and wall/ceiling condition doesnt promising the same. Knowing Berjaya group is so rich, maybe can consider this 29 years old to be total refurbish. Parking is very tight. And limited if there is function on the day time

It's quite clean, in a great location, but the price is a bit high. When we arrived at the hotel, we were charged tax. Hahahaha…
