Our 2nd time stay in this delightful hotel. Nice to have early check-in on Saturday morning to a spacious room that can acomodate a foldable bed for third adult children. Nice to have housekeeping along the corridor to request for additional towels/ amenities. Nice to have free cookies upon check-in. Nice to have whatsapp message from hotel asking on our room condition upon check-in. However please note the pool is not big and there a 5~10 minutes walking distance from check-point.

Everything was generally good, except the club lounge service dropped slightly compared to what I remembered in the past.

I stayed for 1 night. Check-in was easy and early because the room was available. The room was clean and well maintained. The bed and pillows were comfy. The shower and toilets were clean and well supplied with linens and toiletries. Staff were friendly and courteous. Free parking with ample parking.

It was an okay stay at Doubletree by Hilton JB. After seeing the review here and from friends, it was a let down. Room aircorn was not strong and had some stench to it. Breakfast buffet was okay, nothing special. We went also went for the thai dinner buffet there but it was also okay only. However, the services here are amazing. The staff were friendly and as I was here to celebrate my moms birthday, they did a card and cake which was really thoughtful of them.

We had a great time here. Staying with my big family & booking 3 rooms. We all love the rooms, the staffs are friendly & helpful. They're breakfast are amazing. I would recommend this hotel. Definitely will be back again.

The location is a bit far from the center of the crowd, need to walk around 10-15 minutes. The room is decent, just lacking a clothes hanger in the bathroom.

Been staying here whenever I head in to JB for staycation. Clean and pleasant hotel rooms with secured parking.

It was a pleasant 2 nights stay. Accommodation was great and food served at the restaurant was value for money and had quite a delicious spread. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Special mention to Sous chef Eunus Baharuddin who takes good care of us when dining. For high tea.

Love staying here. we c.in 3am because we are late from Selangor. C.in's business is all fast. deposit rm150, get back when c.out. Get 5pcs cookies. it's delicious when it's hot. the room is very clean. The water pressure is very strong. the bed is very comfortable. single bed size, such as super single. sleeps 2 people. breakfast byr there, 2 people rm130. many options. everything is delicious. couldn't eat much because the event started early on the same day at the hotel. so, it's not worth it, it's expensive for bfast, but I had time to eat a little. overall, everything is superb👍. will repeat stay there again.

We had excellent service by the staff at Double Tree. Rooms and bathrooms were clean, though albeit small for the price. Will stay again.
